General Conditions of Sale

Price

Prices are VAT exempt - article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Currency conversion fees and customs duty may also be charged (countries outside the European Union).

Depending on the delivery option or address you mention, additional delivery charges may be added to the Total Cost. Such additional charges will be clearly shown during the checkout process.

SINGULIÉ can modify the prices displayed on the Website at any time, these modifications will not have an effect on orders accepted before these modifications come into force.

Payment

Different Payment Options are available. SINGULIÉ works with the secure payment tool Stripe and Paypal™.

Delivery

We work with “LA POSTE” (French postal service), UPS and Chronopost – and we ship to the following countries:

  • European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom

  • Out of E.U.: Andorra, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Iceland, Japan, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United States

Delivery Rate includes Home Signature Delivery with Track Number and carrier’s insurance and thus, depends on the total amount of the order:

  • Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands:

    5 euros for order amount of 150 € and below

    7 euros for order amount between 150 € and 500 €

    10 euros for order amount of 500 € and above

  • Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom:

    5 euros for order amount of 150 € and below

    10 euros for order amount between 150 € and 500 €

    15 euros for order amount of 500 € and above

  • Bulgaria, Croatia, Finland, Greece, Malta, Romania:

    8 euros for order amount of 150 € and below

    13 euros for order amount between 150 € and 500 €

    18 euros for order amount of 500 € and above

  • Andorra, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Iceland, Japan, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United States:

    40 euros for order amount of 150 € and below

    80 euros for order amount of above 150 €

We pay the major part of delivery total cost and, as we are a small company, we ask you a fair participation in delivery total cost :)

Delivery Period: France within 2 to 5 working days | All Destinations (except France) within 3 to 6 working days

SINGULIÉ tries its best to meet all delivery dates but sometimes there may be delays. If so, SINGULIÉ will keep you updated.

Depending on the delivery address, local taxes can be charged and must be paid by the customer when receiving the order.

Returns

SINGULIÉ sells unique and rare pieces. Please consider that we allow Returns only on Clothing and Shoes. Other categories of products (jewelry, bags, accessories) are final sale.

Returns are allowed for the products sold in the following countries: France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Portugal and United Kingdom. Sales in other countries are final sales.

The item must imperatively be sent WITH its tied label tag, must have not been worn (except for trying it) and must be in the same condition as when sent. The full item must be sent in the packaging it has been sent in and with the invoice. If the label tag is not tied or if the item has been worn, the return will be refused.

SINGULIÉ sends you a pre-paid shipping voucher for the items included in our return policy. Return Fees of 20 euros are deducted from return amount.

 How to return an item?

 1/ Send an email to hi@singulie.com within 3 days of receiving your order, briefly indicating the reason for return and the item selected.

2/ SINGULIÉ sends you a pre-paid shipping voucher, please send the parcel within 3 working days after the reception of this voucher

3/ Once the item received and inspected, you will receive a return in the item amount, minus 20 euros return fees (above noted) within 30 days.

 Please note that failure to respect above-noted deadlines will cancel the return.

Cooling-Off Period

The provisions of this cooling-off clause are only applicable in the case of a sale with a delivery address that belongs to the European Economic Area.

In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the Purchaser has a cooling-off period of fourteen (14) calendar days, from the day after the delivery effective date, to return the item purchased without any motivation or penalty fee.

The item must imperatively be sent WITH its tied label tag, must have not been worn (except for trying it) and must be in the same condition as when sent. The full item must be sent in the packaging it has been sent in and with the invoice. Cooling-off clause will not be effective if the label tag is not tied or if the item has been worn.

Under these above-noted conditions and within 30 days, SINGULIÉ will refund the item amount to the Purchaser.

How to return an item?

1/ Send an email to hi@singulie.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, indicating “colling-off” and the item selected.

2/ SINGULIÉ sends you a pre-paid shipping voucher, please send the parcel within 14 calendar days of receiving your order

3/ Once the item received and inspected, you will receive a return in the item amount within 30 days.
